CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) – who owns a shop that offers hemp and smoke services and products claims he’s not getting rid of Cannabidiol, or CBD, oil from his racks regardless of the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy calling it unlawful.
E.R. Beaches has three Hemptations shops when you look at the Cincinnati area and another in Dayton. He says he’s been CBD that is selling oil for taking place seven years.
