Court public records show Ibrahim had been a resident of Ghana staying in nyc for a tourist visa that expired in July 2018.

East and Ibrahim married in the Cumberland County Courthouse in July, then East decided to go to supper with Anguah, who stated he arranged numerous fraudulent marriages, the affidavit stated.
